For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the official currency used for all transactions on the Platform. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by gala88's own policies. |
Use of the gala88 Platform is strictly reserved for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each criterion at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your Account remains active.
To access real-money gambling services on gala88, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
You are required to provide the following information during registration: full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (Indonesian format), preferred currency (IDR), and a secure password. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate Account termination without refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gala88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each individual may hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes fraud, will result in the immediate permanent closure of all related Accounts, and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held therein.
All Accounts on gala88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wagering figures, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in IDR. gala88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
gala88 is obligated to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — is a standard procedure across the regulated international gaming industry and is designed to protect Players against fraud and identity theft.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission during busine ss hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
gala88 accepts deposits via the following local payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt by our payment systems. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. All withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and must be to an account held in the Player's own name.

New Players who register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus as advertised on the homepage at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is available to Players who have not previously held an Account on gala88 under any identity. All games available on the gala88 platform — including casino table games, live dealer games, slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator sports bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap football markets) — are governed by the rules published within each game interface and by this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement prevails.
All casino and slot games on gala88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. Live dealer games are broadcast from certified studio environments with trained professional croupiers.
Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by our Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and confirmed, odds are locked.
gala88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest odds error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. gala88 is not liable for any loss of profit arising from a voided bet.

Nothing on this platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any intellectual property without the express written permission of gala88.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the gala88 platform for any commercial or public purpose without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gala88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:
gala88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Players is governed by gala88's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of it. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
In summary, gala88 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
gala88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or any other conduct deemed by gala88 to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its players.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a terminated Account — where termination is not the result of Player fraud or breach — will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited in all termination scenarios.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which gala88 is licensed and regulated. gala88 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to internationally accepted standards of player protection, fair play, and anti-money-laundering compliance.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of applicable local law that cannot be excluded by contract.
gala88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
